DIY: Exfoliating Facial Mask

Today we will be making an exfoliating antioxidant rich mask! This is a great way to naturally remove dead skin cells and reveal healthy glowing skin, while adding the benefits of natural antioxidants to really revitalize the skin.
Picture
Plain non fat or low fat yogurt.
I prefer Greek yogurt because it is more rich and dense in texture.  Yogurt contains lactic acid, which softens the skin,  reduces
wrinkles  and hydrates dry areas. ...

Liquid/soft honey.
Natural antioxidant and anti-microbial properties  help to protect the skin from the damage of the sun's rays, supports the skin's  ability
to rejuvenate and refresh depleted skin, leaving it feeling silky soft  and
supple.

Quick oats.
An amazing natural beauty enhancer. They soothe and heal the skin, while reducing inflammation. Inflammation is one of the number one causes of premature aging, and Because oats are slightly rough, they are one of nature's most amazing exfoliates. They soften the skin, making it super duper silky smooth.

Vitamin E.
Vitamin e is vital in protecting skin cells from ultra violet light, pollution, drugs, and other elements that produce cell damaging free radicals. It also plays a role in the anti-aging of skin. It helps skin
look  younger by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

DIRECTIONS:
In a small glass bowl, put about one or two tablespoons of plain low fat yogurt or enough to cover your face, then add one or half teaspoon of honey.  Grind one teaspoon of quick oats into a fine powder, this  can be done using a coffee grinder  or the magic bullet.  Add grounded oats to the yogurt and honey mixture, then  pop two capsules of vitamin E and  add the oil to the mixture or if your vitamin E already comes in a liquid form then add half a teaspoon of the oil.  Mix all  ingredients together until you get a smooth pasty consistency.  Apply to face, massaging for about a minute to exfoliate the skin and then let sit for 15  minutes then rinse! Enjoy smooth, soft and supple skin.
This can be done one to two times a week.
