Realizing the impact life's stressors play on one's skin health, Connie soon learned shw wasn't alone. In fact, she was surprised to learn that 20% of the skin aging process is a result of genetics while the others 80% is caused by external factors such as poor diet, sleep, stress and UV exposure. Thankfully, the latter are elements well within our ability to control. Empowered by this knowledge, Connie discovered the beauty industry was merely scratching the surface with topical treatments and decided to bridge the gap with a line of products that could also mourish the skin from within, while complementing a healthy lifestyle.

I was given the chance to try out the MIYU hydrate mi collection. The hydrate mi pairing works to rehydrate parched complexions.

 MIYU hydrate mi tea: an antioxidant-loaded blend of green moibos, goji berries, rose petals and sweet notes of snow pear for declicious, caffeine-free hydration.

Green rooibos is rich in free-radical fighting flavonoids, promoting youthful looking complexionsd.

Goji berries offer a generous dose of vitamin C, important for collagen production.

To brew one cup: Steep at 85C for 4-6 minutes. Pair with hydrate mi beauty essence for best results.

The MIYU hydrate mi tea is wonderful! I am not a big tea drinker but this tea is definitely going to be a staple in my cupboard. The smell of roses and berries is so refreshing and pleasant. I brewed my tea and drank it as is with no sugar or milk added and it taste great! I think it would make a great cold/ice tea as well. After drinking the tea, I felt refreshed, revived and full of energy and I love the fact that the benefits are improving my skin!
