Pure extra virgin olive oil. I've mentioned this oil a couple times before and that is because it is great! Olive oil nourishes and conditions the hair, penetrating the hair shaft to get deep down to hydrate. Leaving your hair silky smooth and shiny.

Directions:

In a food processor or blender or using a hand mixer, blend a half cup of mayo, one quarter avocado (half of a half) and half tablespoon of olive oil together, until you get a smooth lump free consistency. If you have really thick hair adjust the measurments as needed. Apply treatment to dry or damp hair, and leave on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For an even more deep condition, put on a plastic shower cap and place a warm towel around your head and leave on for 15 minutes, then rinse. You can do this treatment before or after shampooing.
